Thanks for taking the time to read. I have worked in phlebotomy for the last 19 years. 18 of them with Northern light. The last year has been with Quest, because of the collaboration. I am a highly motivated individual who likes to find ways to streamline and effectively help our patients. I always offer a friendly smile and a listening ear. I am a resource to all of my co-workers, and im considered a leader. I have worked hard for new ideas and answer any questions with the genetics process over the years. I train all new phlebotomist and MA's. I Serve as a resource to the nursing staff and the providers. I am a very Detail-oriented Phlebotomist with strong track record in painless venipuncture. Highly familiar with centrifugation and aliquoting procedures and medical terminology. Responsible and hardworking professional dedicated to using compassionate and caring approach to provide outstanding services to patients. I give 110 percent to my patients and coworkers. I don't believe in the words that's not my job. If I don't know an answer i find the answer. Our patients is my number one Priority!

I held a Cna license back in 1998, I am trained on Cerner, powerchart and most of northern lights computer system. I am ASCP certified, Which I just renewed in March of 2024. I am trained in packing and shipping of specimens Scheduled A and B.

I believe I could serve as a great asset to your group.  I have always given 110 percent, I am considered as a leader by my coworkers and current boss.  Im dependable and committed to do the absolute best job i can for my coworkers and our patients.
