I am not afraid to start at the bottom to move my way up with my career and looking for a chance to get back to what I know I am good at, working with people and always going above and beyond to help fix any problem at hand to make sure and make the customers happy. Where I am now, I am a Customer Service Specialist, but I started in the warehouse and became a trainer within months because I proved I could help make a good team out of new people and currant employees. Starting from the bottom up, I started as a warehouse order picker for deliveries for McDonald’s and Chick Fil A, within 6 months I became a trainer for new hires, to finally after almost 3 years got a chance to make the change and work up in the office. Helping and assisting all our stores we deliver to in Wisconsin, Iowa and Michigan and Illinois. I enjoyed training new employees to help create a better working environment by taking time to introduce new employees to the warehouse picking order and helping lead others to insure a safer cleaner warehouse environment.
