I start the tray line by putting the tray down, the resident's dinner ticket, the napkin, silverware, salt, pepper, cream packets then heat the hot plate, slide the tray down, the next person puts the dessert, water, milk on tray, slide it down to the next person who puts main meal on. The last person puts coffee on tray and puts tray in the cart. Another person takes the cart to it's certain section of the nursing home. Then after residents eat, go and clean off carts by taking paper, plastic lids, off, put in trash cans. The next person puts food in disposal and organizes the dishes for the next person to washes all the dishes. Then last person puts everything away. Then there is another person who washes pots and pans.
