I perform background checks and motor vehicle reports, onboard new hires, enter insurance information for new employees, as well as entry of employee information into multiple third-party sites. I also aid in managing our fleet vehicle registrations and license plates, among many other daily and weekly duties.

I entered new student information into our software, Igenerated state reports and submitted them, Ianswered phones, worked with teachers, and had many one-on-one parent interactions. Other duties included filing, testing incoming new students for correct placement, and assisting the school principal and teachers with programs and document preparation.

I collected insurance information and submitted patient payments, made appointments, answered phones, and filed patient medical records.
