HEATHER KREUZE

Experienced educator with over 14 years of teaching in the United States, Brazil, and Japan. I bring a strong background in K-5 instruction, with expertise in ELA, Math, and supporting multilingual/EAL learners during six years of international teaching. In addition to classroom experience, I have served as a literacy coach, led in-person and virtual professional development for K-5 educators, and presented at an educational conference. My leadership roles have strengthened my ability to mentor emerging teachers, support curriculum development, and model effective, research-based instructional practices. I am passionate about teaching preparation, and committed to helping future educators develop the skills, confidence, and professional mindset needed to thrive in today’s diverse classrooms.
