• Provide administrative support to the Motor Pool Operations of Dugway Proving Ground. This includes telephones, emails, and written correspondence information. Assist in the assignment of vehicles and drivers for conveyance of freight or passengers.
• Provides general administration and dispatch support of all GSA fleet, Government owned vehicles and equipment. Process Dispatches through GCSS SAP GUI monthly and maintain utilization records for Vehicles, Equipment, and Drivers. Maintain US Government Fleet Credit Cards ledger and conduct monthly inventories.
• Maintain duplicate sets of keys for all GSA fleet, Government owned vehicles and equipment. Complete monthly inventory report.
• Program Fuel Keys for all authorized vehicles and equipment. To include all temporary attending foreign and domestic armed forces and DOD affiliated entities both pre-arranged and emergency time limitations. Maintain current master listing of all fuel keys per internal processes.
• Responsible for all US Government License plates in support of GSA vehicles.
• Provide support in Creating, Updating, and Closing Transportation Requests. Communicate and interact with Maintenance, Vendors, and customers. Coordinate amongst customers, third party vendors, and GSA to ensure prioritizing and performance of scheduling Transportation Requests and Maintenance. Maintain a master log of all Transportation Requests, repairs needed and completed with itemized invoices. Provide quarterly, Monthly, and weekly Reports.
• Provide customer support by updating and maintaining GCSS license data using SAP GUI. Create and distribute newly issued DA-5984-E’s and renewals of such. Maintain a master list file for the purpose of tracking to distribute a monthly based expiration information log. Including and maintaining a hard copy file for all personnel’s civilian and government issued DA-5984-E’s.
• Responsible for serving as a Backup Lead Operator to provide coverage as a Lead Operator when needed. Assisting Lead Operators with various tasks.
• Responsible for reading and interpreting job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements, recognizing types of material for specific products and ensuring proper monitoring and recording are performed.
