• Did inventory on hand held inventory device of all product in warehouse

• Did 4 week fusion projects, side lot projects, special teams projects, and go back projects for tractor supply
• Set POG's, built and tore down gondola runs, used skates for moving gondolas, moved gondolas, and scraped floors

• Ran teams of 5-30 doing store resets and remodels for Lowe's, Walmart, Dollar General, and PetSmart
• Did daily organization of team tasks along with daily reports of days activities
• Weekly conference calls to update on project
• Also had license for forklift and cherry picker

Did overnight donut shift, breakfast shifts, lunch shifts, and dinner shifts. Unloaded, put away, and checked in trucks every week. Also ran front counter on overnight, morning, lunch, and night shifts on register. Ran store as a 24 hour store as well as a closing store on occasion when needed.
