Lead the Individual Giving program in the successful cultivation of major gifts.

Oversee and manage the team portfolio of major gift donors and prospects with a focus on the community campaign - representing a shared goal of $30 million in contributions.
Collaborate with Advancement team peers in Corporate and Institutional Relationships, Planned Giving, Community Impact & Operations on strategy and tactical planning to ensure alignment and understanding of goals, objectives while developing a path to successful achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.

Lead the fundraising strategy and team of staff for multiple state programs, including Ohio, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Supervise a team of 3 philanthropy staff including 2 State Directors of Philanthropy.
Serve as a member of the Philanthropy Management Team working closely with a variety of internal partners including the Field Advisory & Support Team, Finance, Marketing, Philanthropy Operations and Philanthropy Programs teams to drive the integration of an organization-wide philanthropy program.
