Offer crisis-counseling services via phone, and text. Safety/risk assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with callers/text users.
Assist individuals experiencing a crisis and/or suicidal ideation. Communicate with local emergency services personnel to assist in dispatch for high risk callers.
Provide information and referrals as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed call/text reports through company database.
Answers crisis line calls providing information, support, and referrals from concerned persons and systems personnel (medical, social services, law enforcement, etc.)
Maintain confidential survivor-centered support, advocacy, information, and safety planning for victims/survivors through phone, in-person, and walk-in services.
Assists current residents with basic living skills such as cleaning, meal preparations, and caring for children. And assists in cleaning, safety checks, and other tasks necessary to prepare apartment spaces during participant turnover.
Properly documents all critical incidents: child protection reports, emergency services calls, and participant injuries.
