In constant contact with all other departments of the business, i.e. inside sales, commercial heating sales and counter departments answering product questions and helping with sales in those departments.

Work closely with brand representatives in keeping our displays current and on trend with customers needs. Also utilized these reps with warranty and customer service issues.
