Summary

I have been training as a parent support for families who are going through the IEP process. I have three sons who attend school in the Gilbert public school district. All three started preschool on IEPs and two have remained on an IEP through Junior High and into High School. I have founded a parent support group for families who have children with learning challenges. I manage the groups Facebook page and ensure the groups information is private and protected with HIPPA laws. As an ex Cub Master I was responsible for leading the Pack which is made up of all the Dens. I also planned and organized the monthly Pack meetings. I was also the primary source of information for the group. I worked with the pack committee on program ideas including planning and delivering Cub Scout Adventures that are available for all Cub Scout ranks, selecting and recruiting adult leaders, and establishing a budget plan. Developing community partnerships and set up Pack fundraising and creating a yearly calendar of events for the packs.
