  • Mentored with Staff Engineer to improve tool recipes for product yield rate. Outcome: 92 percent to 98 percent quality output.
  • Mentored with Staff Engineer to assist in 2 large scale chemistry experiments. Each experiment consisted of 12 conditions, assisted in data collection, and identify which condition produce best quality outcome using JMP program.
  • Completed 1 month Lab Layout project. Goal: Improve workflow processes for cost and human efficiency. Outcome: identified processes that require long cycle times and mitigated downtime, decrease de-gown and gowning for technicians to save on time, cost, and resources.
  • 3 month air particle count project. Goal: Identify particle count (0.5-10+ micron) in a lab to identify if tools may be transferred into lab and meet ISO1000 standards. Execution: collect data daily in 3 different location within lab. Organize and create graph with 3 months of data collected. Data/graph indicated meeting ISO1000 standards. Tools transferred for efficient workflow.
