As team captain, I conduct logistics and assign roles to my fellow teammates and help execute our plan of action. I have led our CDCR based team to 3 Gold medals, 4 Silver medals, and 4 Bronze medals. A lot of trust, training, communication, and teamwork go into the sport which we carry over to our personal career's.
