Adept at conflict resolution and customer service, I excelled at Little Caesars Pizza by enhancing customer loyalty and resolving complaints with empathy. My active listening and problem-solving skills led to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and team development, showcasing my ability to manage high-stress situations and maintain professionalism.
I played Trombone for 7 years going on to 8. I have gotten over 200,000$ in scholarships to top music schools, for reference, Jackson state university, Southern university just to name a few. Going back to my work history during Little Caesars I did just about everything there, I was a cook, made dough, was a cashier, helped with costumer service as well. I also did close the store at the age of 16 all the way until I was 18, showing my responsibility for closing and making sure everything was clean and locked up properly with alarm on. With the responsibilities I had at Little Caesars you can say I was not like your average teen working at a pizza joint, I had coworkers of mine come to me for help, training, counting, ETC. My goal in life is to be at the top while also not leaving anyone behind for them to fail.
