  • Spot audits done 2-3 times a week. Report findings to leads and manager. follow up on spot audit findings at 3 weeks then at 6 weeks to ensure employee has corrected the issue
  • Ensuring every department in the shop has the proper tooling to do the job according to procedures and making sure all tooling is calibrated and up to date

  • Work with shop leads, engineering and management to find procedure breakdown when there is a quality incident in the field or internally
  • Contact Field Technicians to ensure I'm receiving all information necessary to assess and fix the problem

  • Make sure that everyone in the shop has access to the procedures in there department and knows how to pull the information. Also ensure all kiosk are in working order
