- At NPI I am trained to work with Conveyor Automated systems, these conveyor bed systems include rollers, bearings, AC/DC motors, photo-eyes, and gapper sensors.
- Experienced with NPI 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen machines.
- These machines have about 34 bins requiring preventative maintenance, on the in-feeds, inclines, and stacker's.
- In-feeds require check on the rollers, bearings and making sure all hardware is still present. This also consists of greasing up bearings with proper Zerk fittings and grease.
