• Manage capacity for 22 DASD subsystems, 34 Tape systems, which includes 32 production/test/dev systems (and their contingency systems), located in 5 data centers (US=3 and UK=2)
• Managed/Tracked/Participated in all incoming project/application capacity requirements
• All capacity report and metric generation - including but not limited to Operational Level Metrics and application requests
• Responsible for Process and Procedure guides for Capacity Management (along with monthly capacity metric reporting)
• Work with the Storage Engineering and Architecture Teams and the Business Support team on capacity infrastructure refreshes and acquisitions

• Analyzed storage service performance metrics to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Developed strategic plans for inventory management, ensuring optimal space utilization and resource allocation.
• Managed hardware project installations / de-installations end-to-end
• Production/On-call support for all Mainframe storage
• Completed the conversion from Oracle tape to IBM tape
• CA1 Tape Management (CA-EARL) reporting
