• Set up DevOps /CI CD pipeline for FTM customizations

The project scope was to implement Real Time Payments (RTP) as an additional payment processing rail using Financial Transaction Management (FTM). The vision was to establish it as a payments hub and add other payment rails for Check and ACH. The project followed Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). 

• Provided leadership to a diverse and dispersed team organized into multiple scrum teams of 7-8 each. At full strength 2 scrum teams from IBM, 2 from client and 2 offshore teams in India
• Conducted Scrum ceremonies like daily standup, scrum of scrums, sprint retro and sprint planning, facilitating Planning Iteration (PI) workshops across 10 sprints
