  • Conducted Scrum ceremonies like daily standup, scrum of scrums, sprint retro and sprint planning, facilitating Planning Iteration (PI) workshops across 10 sprints
  • Partnered with client delivery manager for reviewing estimations, assessing staffing and training needs Defined technology roadmaps, led cross-functional teams, implemented data governance practices
