  • Once the guest have been set, we approach then with a smile and introduce ourselves and ask them if they would like to start with a beverage and also mention our specials and soup of the day, then we give them time to review while we go get the drinks

  • Since the Diner is a very fast pace work environment, I make sure that all of my staff is constantly keeping an eye on the coffee (a diner with no coffee is like fries with no ketchup..NO GOOD)..
