  • I run a youth lacrosse camp during the summer for the community. By doing this I enhance leadership skills while also managing my time and quality of my lessons throughout this experience. Prioritizing an enjoying experience for the youth and ultimately promoting repeat customers to capture a continual client base.

  • I traveled to people's homes, setting up and dropping off ordered food. I was composed professionally while maintaining a friendly and warm tone with the customers. This activity translates to social skills like maintaining a conversation and answering, and discovering a solution to any problems in the order itself or mistakes during transits. This aided in the development of problem-solving skills and becoming personable to a customer. A key component of this job was being able to receive criticism for things like expensive prices and hidden fees, and maintaining a professional and positive tone while properly referring them if requested to a higher position within the company. This job developed resilience, social skills, and problem-solving skills for me.
