Including five to six strength workouts and two runs. Achieves high performance standards with a 275 lb bench press, 405 lb squat, and 400 lb deadlift, along with a sub-6-minute mile time, demonstrating discipline, consistency, and the ability to push beyond physical limits in pursuit of excellence.
