• In my role as a Billing - Manager at EFX in the U.S., my core responsibility is to lead and oversee all aspects of our internal billing procedures. This primarily involves establishing and maintaining modifications to these procedures, and driving the implementation of our Global Billing System in new geographic regions. I am heavily involved in decision-making, including approving changes related to our internal billing processes, and evaluating new requirements for deploying the Global Billing System in new markets or business units.
• I also have the privilege of leading a team of two subordinate professionals. I supervise them in implementing critical billing improvements that streamline our processes and enhance accuracy.
• Leading a group of seasoned experts in the management and support of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) life cycle for our Billing, Collections, and Accounts Receivable functions.

Developing a standard process for supporting the M&A transformation process, and creating a comprehensive playbook for it.

• Provided guidance to team members on how to handle challenging situations with customers.
