I moved from Montrose to Grand Junction and when I did that the franchise that I worked for was able to transfer me to another store. Here I did a lot of traveling to other stores to work and lots of everything. I managed primarily during my time here but became a full time driver in my last couple months.
I started at this Domino's location whenever the pandemic had started. In two short years I learned how to do everything in that store. I made pizzas on the makeline, how to drive and deliver food, manage a team, help customers with complaints, and really anything else! At one point, all of my management team had quit in the time span of less than a week and I had to essentially GM the store while we waited for someone to help run the store. I learned a great deal of people skills while working at this store and I loved it!
I worked at both of the small movie theaters in Montrose when they still owned both. Due to the theatres being so small I helped with a lot of duties; including selling tickets, working the snack bar, and monitoring/cleaning the show rooms. I worked there throughout high school and loved the environment for work!
