• Serve as the day-to-day manager for 10 artist and producer clients, including The Weeknd, Belly, NAV, Chxrry22, Pro Logic, Money Musik and RealestK.
• Negotiate and execute client agreements relating to music releases, production, performance royalties, publishing, branding and sponsorships, touring, and appearances.
• Execute highly effective marketing strategies, release plans, and artist events alongside Label and DSP partners.
• Advance client artwork, music videos, photoshoots, and any other creative assets as needed with internal & external creative teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external A&R teams to set up studio sessions and pitch music for sync and licensing placement.
• Led in the daily scheduling and calendar maintenance for all personal and business matters.
• Liaison between XO / Republic Records & third party creatives, DSP & label partners across all levels of the label & management arm.
• Styled & assisted in creative direction for XO's clients, The Weeknd, Belly, NAV and Chxrry22.
• Creation and delivery of album splits, credits, artwork and marketing materials.

Notable achievements while in the position have included:

Successful release of albums DawnFM, Angels Protected by Demons, Mumble Rap 2, and Siren

Coordinated the operations and artist relations for DawnFM release, Coachella Performances, and After Hours til Dawn NA Tour 

• Day to Day opperations for John Legend and Rita Wilson.
• Drafted meeting agendas, took notes in meetings distributed internally, updated artist calendars for distribution, and connected internal and external teams.
• Collected assets and assisted in their delivery.
• Led creative collaboration,  and delegated tasks to appropriate team members.
• Collaborated with upper management to set goals and objectives, and actively participated in meetings to discuss performance and market trends.

Notable achievements while in the position included:

 A Legendary Christmas and A Legendary Christmas Special 

Successfully oversaw the internal and external flow of deliverables for Grammy-Winning album, Bigger Love.

• Served as a founding member of the Spain chapter of Women in Music, developing strategic partnerships and obtaining sponsors for this initiative, celebrating women in the music industry.
• Responsible for the A&R, recording, copyright splits, and distribution of the first Women in Music album, Sincerely, Women.
• Utilized project management skills to oversee the coordination of launch activities, including timeline management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

 Notable achievements while in the position included:

 Recipient of the Certificate of Community Engagement and Leadership award given to members of the Berklee community who have gone out of their way to lead projects and initiatives that undeniably impact campus life and the local community.
