I am currently pursuing a Master's in Communication at Queens University of Charlotte, while also working as a barista at Clean Juice. In this role, I manage the preparation and serving of high-quality beverages, ensuring a positive customer experience. This position has enhanced my skills in service management, communication, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
Having studied in both French and English, and gained work experience in both France and the USA, I have developed strong adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to succeed in diverse settings.
I am also a member of the university’s track and field team, where I apply teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. My diverse background enriches my approach to communication, blending experiences in customer service, sports, and team leadership.
