Jewelry Area Guide (Volunteer)
I have been volunteering at the Curious Forge Arts Center since November 2022. I've had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with Karen Ramsey Olsen who is a very experienced jewelry designer. Since first volunteering at the Forge I have learned several skills in jewelry design, including sand casting, enameling, soldering, metal stamping to name a few. I have assisted Karen in classes and workshops, helping members and the public. I enjoy helping people learn new skills and love to work with the public and engage in fun creative activities.
