Work with banking members to identify financial solutions for their accounts. Make efficient decisions as member-facing liaison. Provide clients with excellent member service, while assisting junior members of our staff with their banking needs. Also serve as branch concierge, greeting our members as they arrive.

• Maintained a thorough knowledge of various federal regulations around account security, member confidentiality, and proper loan interview and documentation procedures and policies
• Explained loan requirements and processes to borrowers, including full review and evaluation of creditworthiness of potential borrowers.

• Created a new hire onboarding system with HR to create a seamless transition for new hires that is still implemented to this day
• Acted as a consultant to assist members in uncovering needs based on meeting their financial goals.
