  • Designed, rationalized, deliberated, and installed three Automated Industrial Vehicle projects across DENSO’s South Sub-Region.
  • Reallocating a total HC of nearly seven associates to higher skilled tasks by deploying autonomous technology within the plant.
  • Improved safety of associates by removing the necessary pushing of carts across plants frequently.
  • Designed, rationalized, deliberated, and installed a Real Time Location System in a new plant to achieve real time visibility of all vehicles traveling within the plant.
  • The accompanying digital twin allowed for route optimization of associate-driven vehicles and autonomous vehicles to find an asset reduction equivalent of $500k to achieve an ROI of xx.
  • Also finding a 1eHC reduction with labor savings of engineers.
  • Installed a location-based safety intersection to restrict vehicles and pedestrians to be crossing simultaneously, improving the overall safety of traffic flow within the plant.
