  • THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
  • Set rental amount at $495.00 plus $55 utility charge, facilitating streamlined payment process.
  • MANAGEMENT, INC. . Resident is required to pay rent online via ACH Transfer using Owner/Agent's preferred vendor unless guaranteed funds are required by Owner/Agent in the form of money orders or cashier's checks.
  • TERM: The term of this Agreement is 24 months and begins on 08/30/2021 and ends on 08/31/2023 , at which time this Lease shall terminate without further notice.
  • FAILURE TO PAY RENT: On the morning of the 15th day of each month, any Resident ledger with a balance due of more than one hundred dollars ($100) are automatically forwarded to an attorney for appropriate legal action, up to and including filing eviction.
  • UTILITIES: Resident shall pay for all utilities, services and charges, if any, made payable by or predicated upon occupancy of Resident.
  • PROHIBITIONS: Without Owner/Agent's prior written permission as an addendum to this Agreement, no pets, waterbeds, charcoal burners or other open-flame cooking devices, or liquefied petroleum gas fueled cooking devices ("grills") shall be kept or allowed in or about the premises.
  • SMOKING PROHIBITION: Smoking of any substance is prohibited on the entire property, including individual units and all common areas.
  • QUIET ENJOYMENT: Resident and Resident's guest(s) shall not violate any criminal or civil law, ordinance or statute in the use and occupancy of the premises, commit waste or nuisance, annoy, molest or interfere with any other person on the property, or neighborhing.
