I assist customers with deposits and withdrawals, process loan payments, handle credit card applications, and open and close accounts. I also provide customer service and help clients with their everyday banking needs.

I am in charge of training of cashiers in the proper procedure and the way things are run. We make sure that they are unloading carts and loading them. I make sure they are being kind courteous to customers and have a good shopping experience.
