Provide resident care. Assist in daily living activities.

• I work directly in homes with adults with developmental disabilities. Helping them prepare food, medications, showering, getting dressed, grooming, lite house work, charting, taking them out into the community.

• Memory care unit PCT. Assist residents with everyday needs dressing, toileting, showering, cleaning dining area, charting, laundry.

• Resident aide put to bed, showering toileting, dressing, help with mobility, cleaning dining room anything else a resident needs help with.

• I have be taking care of my husbands grandparents for about 7 years. I started doing daily living assistance with his grandpa who needed a lot of assistance. I would dress, shower, clean and put in his hearing aids, help brush his teeth, prepare medication and his breakfast. I would take him to doctor appointments. I enjoyed going on walks and showing him a different scenery. He used a walker and I made sure to have one hand near his back and walked close enough if my assistance was needed.
• When he passed away I started caring for grandma at first she didn't need a lot of assistance but I helped around the house. I made sure she was stocked on things she may need water, toilet paper, paper towels were brought to kitchen etc. I would take her grocery shopping, to hair appointments, and doctors appointments. I would get all of her morning and night meds organized for the week. She passed away Sept 2022.
• I love caregiving and am very passionate about it and doing whatever I can to assists and making things easy for the client.
• I would just like to mention in July 2011 I got my stna/Cna from fortis. It has expired but I did receive training. Briefly after receiving it I worked for heartland of centerville. We ended up moving to Huber Heights and the distance was too much. At this time we found out our daughter non verbal 2y/o had severe autism and it was best I stay home with her.

• Answer/tranfer 5 line main hospital call system. Over head pages, log all call offs in computer system, greet and sign in visitors case workers ect..., watch cameras for patients by the doors while others come and go, book conference rooms, test emergency buttons daily

• Cashier, Drive thru, stocking, grill area, cleaning, all areas of the restaurant.
