  • Conducted comprehensive characterization of our gene therapy treatments using immortalized cell lines and Primary Human Hepatocytes (PHH), including ELISA and enzymatic assays to measure protein expression and activity, as well as DNA/RNA extraction and analysis to assess gene expression and function.
  • Spearheaded my team's efforts to integrate Dotmatics into our data analysis workflow, establishing a centralized and annotated database for our antibody secondary screening data, including dose response screens.

  • Designed and developed cell-based bioassays to characterize antibody candidates, including primary cell bioassays using NK cells and T-cells isolated from blood or PBMCs, as well as immortalized reporter cell lines such as Jurkat/NFAT-Luc.
  • Used lentivirus transduction to engineer cells for overexpression of genes, and applied CRISPR KO to knock out genes of interest.
  • Performed multiple 20-50 plates screens using 96-well or 384-well plates in a semi-automated fashion.
