My role in NTG was to provide reasonable truck offers to meet our customer needs. The customer would offer us a route that we can win, and it was my job to post it online and find the best option. I would negotiate with both the best offer and our customer to be able to make the most profit we can for NTG. After we were able to win the freight from our customer, I would be in charge of constantly providing updates. I would reach out to the driver/dispatcher for frequent updates and relay those to the customer. When i was at NTG, I was in the top 10% in profits earned for NTG.
