I have been weightlifting and cardio training for about five years now and have been an athlete most of my life. I am a certified personal trainer as well as a certified nutritionist through ISSA. I am a very passionate trainer and my main focus is building and keeping personal relationships with my clients as well as tracking their progress.
I’ve built strong relationships at F45 with clients and they are always happy and motivated to workout with me. I enjoy bringing energy to classes as well as providing useful insight on how they could improve their form in their workouts. I also provide modifications for those who require special care. I believe that keeping members healthy and injury free is my top priority. In addition, I have had many success stories as a solo trainer and am very confident in my ability to get members the results they want. Personal training is the perfect occupation for me because it combines my two passions- helping people and fitness.
