I am a Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator operating in a Department of Defense–contracted GCC High environment, specializing in cloud security, compliance, and endpoint management. My work focuses on designing and implementing secure, scalable Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructures that align with CMMC Level 1/2 and NIST 800-171 frameworks.
I have hands-on experience architecting and deploying Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR) and Microsoft Purview to safeguard sensitive data, automate threat detection, and maintain compliance. My role includes building sensitivity labeling frameworks, configuring Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and developing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) structures to strengthen identity governance and reduce risk across the enterprise.
Within Intune and Entra, I plan, configure, and enforce policies across Windows and macOS endpoints, ensuring full device compliance and visibility. I’ve automated application deployment and policy rollout via Azure, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency. I also manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) to secure, monitor, and maintain compliance across all corporate and field devices.
In addition to security and cloud management, I oversee IT asset procurement and lifecycle management—including sourcing, quoting, and coordinating bulk equipment orders (e.g., 20+ laptops valued at over $20K). I work closely with vendors and finance to maintain budget accountability, ensure timely delivery, and track assets within Intune and Entra systems.
I’m continuously advancing toward a Cloud Security Engineer career path by expanding my skills in Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and advanced Defender/Purview automation. My goal is to design and manage secure, automated, and compliant cloud environments that enable organizations to meet mission-critical security and governance objectives.
