Running online gaming events of various sizes since 2017

• Running an online competitive gaming community since 2018, with events happening on a consistent basis. Grew the community from originally being a small 24-person event to now having 80+ participants in events 2-3 times per year, with events lasting multiple months. Successfully advertised through other communities to draw participants as well as maintaining returning participants, many for over 5 years. Tracked statistics from the events over time to maintain a database of participants and game piece performance
• Running a large competitive gaming tournament since 2023, with participation in the most recent iteration reaching 128 participants. Ensured tournament deadlines were reached and the event kept on schedule. Managed participants across almost every time zone to have all parts of the event completed within the allotted timeframe to do so. Collaborated with other community owners to grow both my tournament and others. Obtained donations for a prize pool and handled the money donated in a responsible manner. Tracked statistics for each round of the tournament to evaluate performance of players and game aspects, in order to improve the tournament format for future iterations
