Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily boutique operations, including sales targets, inventory management, visual merchandising, service tracking and client follow up. Manage and optimize the in-store engraving service, including project management, client communication, and resource allocation.

Head of In-store operation and fulfillment of online to in-store timepiece engraving for the U.S Market.
