• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws

• Provide compassionate, safety and infection control patient centered care.

• Preparing and processing lab samples in accordance with organizational and CDC guidelines.

• Assist with front-desk responsibilities, including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and

insurance verification.

• My Research is on testing binding affinity of Belvarafenib to NRAS-RAF interactions. I proposed that RAF inhibitor drugs would alter CRAF and BRAF binding to melanoma promoting NRAS mutants. My work focused on belvarafenib, which is potent and selective RAF dimer inhibitor that demonstrates preference for CRAF but can also inhibit BRAF. After receiving all BRET signals, I plot them on a graph to see if the binding affinity is strong or weak and that will be demonstrated through a curve.
