I assisted clients by answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. I adapted to technology navigation as i had to maneuver between multiple systems to assist clients efficiently. Ive learned a strong sense of empathy post working with the families of deceased clients as well.
