During my years of working at different jobs I have learned that customer service is the best thing to have. When I was 16 I started off as a sales associate and cashier at Savannah's Candy kitchen located in Oxon Hill Maryland. Since then I've learned that patience is key to deliver customers because it's all about making the customer satisfied at the end of the day. I have helped many non profit events and organizations to help others and to assist them with their needs. I am very useful when it comes to helping others on deciding about what they want. In 2017 I started as a cashier at McDonald and in 2018 i was promoted because of my efficient work skills. Being promoted to a Crew Leader i have experience in directing others, managing tasks and monitoring work areas. I can also stay calm and serene even in the most stressful circumstances. Currently i work as a full time sales associate at Aldi food market and i am dedicated at making sure customers have a satisfactory experience.
