Temporarily appointed to oversee the operations, staffing, and strategic planning of the Career Center during a critical transition period. While maintaining leadership of Youth Services, this interim role includes:

• Providing executive-level oversight of Career Center services to ensure alignment with MassHire objectives and WIOA standards for 22 cities and towns
• Leading cross-functional teams and supervising program directors and managers
• Strengthening partnerships with local officials, employers, and community stakeholders
• Supporting staff morale and professional development during renovation and restructuring
• Enhancing data-informed decision-making and customer service delivery in a hybrid service model

• Responsible for overall coordination of new and existing youth initiatives in the South Shore Service Delivery Area for the purpose of creating, enhancing and implementing innovative youth strategy that prepares youth for success in the labor force.
• Serves as regional lead for Commonwealth’s youth strategy
• Collaborates with MassHire South Shore Career Centers to develop effective youth strategies and oversee implementation of those strategies
• Provides research and analyze data; issue reports on topics and trends to assist with board strategy and youth program design
• Composes youth portion of MassHire SSWB Annual Plan and Strategic Plan
• Works with Executive Director, business leaders, local officials, school districts and regional partners to regularly assess local needs and recommend policies and initiatives

• Provided outreach, recruitment, advertisement, education, advocacy, referral and support services
• Served as liaison, responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships
• Supervised administrative personnel and community engagement team
• Administered facilitation and collecting data
• Oversaw family engagement department and budget
• Evaluated program operations, successes and deficiencies to identify concerns and recommend strategies to enhance processes and elevate results

• Supervised, trained, coached and mentored staff to ensure that all program components were implemented
• Collaborated with Boston Public School's Counseling and Intervention Center and Department of Youth Services to provide peer led facilitation of community issues and youth concerns
• Partnered successfully with Boston Police Department, Emergency Medical Services and Transit Police to produce a positive relationship between inner youth and Boston essential services
• Managed Youth Police and Partnership program, in collaboration of Vice President of Housing and Stabilization
• Coached team members on productivity strategies, policy updates and performance improvement plans to accomplish challenging goals
