• Supported 10+ recruiters within Prime Video Studios and Stores in the full-cycle recruitment process.

• Collaborated with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and execute as efficiently as possible by creating several step by step guides for RCs, sourcing recruiters, and hiring managers.

• Served as the POC for the Candid Chat Program overseeing all of Amazon Entertainment.

• Answered a high level of new and current patient calls while addressing incoming messages and text
