- Follow and implement all company SOP's
- Assure quality control in overall final production of safes.
- Meet quality standards in all of the following areas. Paint, sheetrock installation, logo application, interior shelving and racks, electronic and mechanical lock programming and setting. Functioning of door mechanisms. Correct run cards, inventory lists and serial number packet assignment.
- Provide and enforce necessary Personal Protective Equipment for all workers.
- Train and restructure production line for better efficiency.
- Fill out hourly production charts.
- Create and input weekly scrap out reports.
- Order and replace necessary supplies to complete all tasks.
- Complete Hazard Assessments and Performance Audits as needed.
- Keep Supervisor and Warehouse Manager informed of progress and concerns.
