Accomplishments

  • Upon starting my Amazonian journey, I proactively identified an opportunity to elevate my site’s safety culture and created “Wellness Week,” a initially self funded, data driven engagement event (7 days) focused on injury reduction, workplace health and safety education and associate appreciation. I delivered a 58% decrease in workplace trending injuries for the current annual quarter and achieved 89% positive employee survey results. My initiative’s success resulted in expanding Wellness Week into a network level program serving hundreds of fulfillment centers, a quarterly requirement for all fulfillment centers, and a standardized budget.
  • I was selected through nomination and vote method as the Women at Amazon Dallas–Fort Worth Chapter: Community Engagement Director. Spearheading partnerships with local charities and volunteer organizations, strengthening our community relationships.
