• I implement care and efficiency improvements to support and enhance office operations as part of our UBT committee.
• I also assist with making sure front and back office inventory is not low and place orders.
• Part of my role is also being the assistant for our Early Start specialist, i run weekly reports and reassuring the patient that she get the appropriate care and focusing on making sure our patients have a healthy pregnancy.
• I assist with routine checks and diagnostic testing by collecting specimens, i also assist with some office procedure when needed on the floor.
• I have oriented and trained new staff on proper procedures and policies.

• Performed medical records management, including filing, organizing and scanning documents and entering patients data and i handle the prenatal screening results and i enter them in to the patients chart.
• Coordinated patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed for comprehensive care management plans.

• I Collect pertinent data and calculations to aid physician in interpreting results.
• I explain procedures to patients to reduce anxieties and increase patient cooperation.

• I Prepare lab specimens for diagnostic evaluation.
