-Verify yarn and perform beam/M-creel burning in.

-Load accurate patterns into the computer system and ensure machine settings align with NSP paperwork.

-Monitor production for defects, including cross ends and missing mends, and make necessary corrections to maintain quality.

-As Backup Lead, assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the shift lead, overseeing operations and maintaining workflow.

-Input pulls for tufting machines through Shopflex and update the shift report regularly to track production progress.

-WIPing completed orders and provide support to tufting operators as needed.

-Conduct final sign-offs on carpet quality.

-Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment

-Install metal screens on the sides of train carts, ensuring secure attachment and proper alignment.

-Apply decals and perform paint touch-ups to train carts.

-Lay down grates inside train carts to ensure safety and functionality.

-Restock scaffolding with necessary materials after each train cart.

-Remove leftover paper and debris from the underside of train carts following previous processes.

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment through regular housekeeping duties.

-Set up orders for tufting machines.

-Operate and monitor tufting machines to run orders accurately and efficiently.

-Perform creeling on traditional creels .

-Verify yarn quality and consistency to meet production standards.

Picker / Stower

-Accurately pick customer orders and prepare them for the outbound process.

-Stow items in designated bins throughout the warehouse, optimizing storage space and maintaining an organized inventory.

-Set up orders for tufting machines.

-Operate and monitor tufting machines to run orders accurately and efficiently.

-Perform creeling of M-creels and creels in warping.

-Operate Backwinder as needed

-Verify yarn quality and consistency to meet production standards.

-Provide support across multiple roles in the Coater Department, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.

-Step in to cover various positions, including Sew-on Operator, Wing Operator, Console Operator, Shear Operator, Backing Inspector, Inspector, Roll-Up Operator, Wrap Operator, and Pole Hyster Driver, as needed.

-Fill in for understaffed positions on the production line, either temporarily or for the duration of the shift.

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing housekeeping tasks, including cleaning filters, refilling day tanks, prepping backing rolls for changes, disposing of plastic waste, and emptying dumpsters.
