Hawaii Statewide GIS Program Intern

• Collected, created, edited, and processed spatial data to support geographic information system emergency management.

Geospatial Engineer Production Manager

• Used GIS technology to prepare maps, tables, and reports, integrating multiple data layers and employing spatial analysis to organize relevant data and create optimal visual presentations for over 200 missions/operations.
• Developed standard operating procedures for Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief events within the PACOM area of responsibility. Managed the successful completion of ~ 100 HADR products and tasks.
• Leveraged ArcGIS Online technology to input and compile data gathered from various sources in assistance with Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief for the PACOM area of responsibility.
• Implemented new technologies and processes into day-to-day tasks, expediting the time needed to successfully complete mission requirements.
• Created ArcGIS Dashboards for both Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief efforts and COVID-19 response.
• Informed Senior Directors and Executive Officers of the PACOM area on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR's) using ESRI technology.

• Produced vector based data in accordance with GGDM (Ground-Warfighter Geospatial Data Model) schema and NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency) Topographic Data Store (TDS) standards.
• Quality assurance/ quality control (QA/QC) using the Geospatial Analysis Integrity Tool (GAIT).
• Ensured attribution and metadata is complete and accurate. Was responsible for the data attribution to include metadata to all extracted data.
• Ensured data quality using data reviewer to complete self-checks.
• Was responsible for posting and reconciling data on a daily basis.

Production Mapping

• Leveraged produced vector data to create in house TM products at the NGA TDS standard.
• Quality assurance/ quality control (QA/QC) using visual checks and the Map Finishing Checklist.
• Created TM standard map sheets for assigned AOIs.
• Packaged and submitted final products for turn in to NGA for addition into the national repository.
