As the lot manager at West Herr Ford of Webster, my main responsibilities included maintaining the cleanliness and order of all of the inventory on the lot, including new cars, used cars, coming soon inventory, and vehicles for auction. Maintenance of the lot included organization of inventory, checking in and inspecting new vehicle from the factory, arranging vehicle in neat and orderly parked rows, as well as creating a visually interesting front row to show off the inventory to potential customers driving by.

Other responsibilities included:

• Snow clearing in the winter
• Pulling up vehicles for salespeople or customers
• Picking up and dropping off inventory from/to our other locations in western New York
• Doing dealer trades with other Ford dealerships in and out of state
• Delivering vehicles to customers
• Transporting customers to and from wherever they needed to be
• Selecting good inventory pieces to bring public events such as Rochester Redwings baseball games at Innovative Field, or coordinating the cleaning and driving of 10 vehicles for the Webster Fireman's parade
• Collaborated with sales personnel to prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring readiness for customer pickup.
• Added and maintained key tags, inspection decals and window stickers for vehicles on sales lot.

Donovan motorcar is a fine auto restoration and maintenance shop that specializes in jaguar e-types and the xk120 and xk150s. British and European exotic car maintenance and restoration.

My duties as a shop hand encompassed many tasks, including but not limited to:

• Carefully washing and detailing fine automobiles
• Performed Shop deep cleaning
• Assisting with repairs
• Part inventory organization
• Landscaping and mowing, pressure washing
• Showroom upkeep, including dusting cars and floors, mopping, sweeping and window washing.

A Tech Desk Associate fulfills a sales role on the floor as well as a tech support role behind the desk. When behind the desk duties included:

• Provided technical support to customers, resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment.
• Increased customer satisfaction with prompt and knowledgeable support for various technical issues.

On the sale floor duties included:

• Assisted customers in product selection and provided tailored recommendations to enhance shopping experience.
• Processed transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborated with team members to maintain store presentation and inventory organization, optimizing accessibility for shoppers.
• Monitored stock levels and conducted inventory counts, contributing to effective merchandise management.
