• Having worked here since the start of college, I have gained leadership skills as well as incredible time management and organizational abilities
• Additionally I have gained advanced proficiency with Excel and have helped to rework my shop's strategy for managing product counts.
• Trained new employees on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
• Handled escalated customer issues effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills while upholding company values and standards.

I worked with the Paradise Valley Community College to help begin their library website redesign. Although the project is yet to be completed I was heavily involved with the first stages of the project.

• Designed user interface to meet client specifications,
• Created wireframes and prototypes as part of the design process to facilitate clear communication of concepts between team members and clients alike.
• Improved overall site aesthetics through the use of high-quality graphics, typography choices, color schemes, and layout principles.
• Maintained a strong understanding of current web design trends through continuous learning opportunities like online courses or attending industry conferences.

• Learned and developed important life skills here such as how to work with people, and how to work in a high-speed work environment, and after getting promoted I got to first experience what it meant to be a leader in the workplace
• I developed good time management and problem-solving skills.
