Led production coordinators through 48 drills and practical applications, dedicating 240 hours of training to Naval Aviation Maintenance Procedures. Efforts enabled for a 87% passing grade during the 2019 Aviation Maintenance Inspection, with two model programs.
- Implemented streamlined communication protocols, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration and efficiency. Guided 11 Senior Enlisted personnel and six divisions to qualify 39 Quality Assurance inspectors, 76 support equipment operators and four productions controllers.
